The system is unstable or crashes while running application(s). In the system log file (/var/log/messages), the following error messages are found:
Oct 30 10:05:00 gimpel kernel: Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address 01040000 Oct 30 10:05:00 gimpel kernel: printing eip: Oct 30 10:05:00 gimpel kernel: c013b128 Oct 30 10:05:00 gimpel kernel: *pde = 00000000 Oct 30 10:05:00 gimpel kernel: Oops: 0002
For most cases, the error messages indicate bad memory module(s). For verification, download and run memtest86+ here:

If the system has four modules or higher, it is best to test at most two modules at a time. Platforms that require dual channel memory must be populated with two modules. To obtain replacement module(s), send an Email to techsupport@aslab.com.
