1. This Gigabit controller is not supported in any Linux distributions. ASL highly recommends adding another Ethernet card to avoid inaccessible network during OS installation or kernel update. Note the Ethernet driver is only supplied for RHEL/COS 4&5 and ASL Fedora Core 6/7.
